Launching a PET-CT Suite and Cancer Centre

As a Health Service Manager in the public sector, I supported the operational planning and successful launch of a PET-CT Suite and Cancer Centre at a major hospital. This project was designed to enhance diagnostic capabilities and improve treatment services for cancer patients. Approach

Strategic Planning - To ensure a successful project launch, I developed a comprehensive project plan that included clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables. This strategic planning phase set the foundation for effective coordination and smooth execution across all stages of the project.

Stakeholder Collaboration - A key part of the project was the collaboration between various stakeholders. I established a cross-functional project team that included clinical and Administration staff.
